§ 1. General provisions

The online shop, which operates at (hereinafter the Seller), is run by Pracownia Twórcza Coś Bartosz Szymanik, based in Lesko, ul. Przemysłowa 14. NIP: 688-122-49-19, Regon: 180077365.

The term "goods" means prints and other works available at the Seller presented on the website

Goods presented by the Seller do not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.


§ 2. Rules of placing orders

The buyer can place orders 24 hours a day through the Seller's website.

The buyer selects the goods and makes an order through the form available on the website After the order has been sent, the Buyer receives an email confirming acceptance of the order by the Seller.

If the item is not available, the Seller will inform the Buyer. The seller has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of the date of conclusion. If the Buyer has paid for the goods, the Seller will return the money within 14 days to the account indicated by the Buyer.

In the case of temporary unavailability of the goods, the Seller may offer to purchase another or the shipment of the ordered goods at a later date, if the Buyer expresses his consent. The Buyer's failure to do so results in the seller's right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of its conclusion and the obligation to return the received money within 14 days to the account indicated by the Buyer.

§ 3. Price of goods

The price given under the title of the goods is expressed in chosen currency.

The price given for each item is binding at the time the order is placed by the Buyer.

Price does not include delivery fee. The cost of delivery will be added to the value of the purchased goods at the moment of choosing the type of delivery by the Buyer.

The seller reserves the right to change the price of goods, introduce new goods. The right to change the price does not affect the price of the goods covered by the order made before the change.

§ 5. Execution of the contract

The condition of order fulfillment is the availability of the goods specified in the order. Confirmation of acceptance of the order by the Seller is sent in the form of an email.

Commencement of the order is as follows:

- in case of payment by bank transfer or credit card - when the money is posted in the Seller's bank account specified in § 4.


Shipping is done within the time limit specified for each item. This term covers the time elapsing from the acceptance of the order to the delivery of the goods by the means of delivery selected by the Buyer, but only working days are included here.

The order can be modified / canceled by e-mail or by phone at +48 691 769 704 within 12 hours of placing the order, provided that it has not been completed (ie shipped).

The seller executes the dispatch of orders via Polish Post Office.

The seller makes the shipment abroad. The cost of the order is increased by the supplier's fee, which depends on the rates of this kind of service in the target country.

Seller is not responsible for non-delivery or delay in delivery due to wrong or inaccurate address given by the Buyer.

If required, the Seller issues an invoice, which is attached to the item shipment. When making a purchase from a Seller, the Buyer agrees to issue an invoice without the recipient's signature.

§ 8. Final Provisions

The seller takes due care to make the description of the goods displayed as accurately as possible. Due to the possibility of errors during the updating of the website, any discrepancies will be corrected when ordering.

In matters not regulated in these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law, in particular the Civil Code, the provisions of the Law on special terms of consumer sale, and the amendment of the Civil Code (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 141, item 1176, as amended). And the Law on protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product (Journal of Laws of 2000, No. 22, item 271, as amended).

These Regulations apply from April 10, 2017.

Seller reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions are valid from the date of their publication on In the case of contracts concluded on the basis of earlier versions of the Regulations, the earlier version is binding.
