Shipment, returns and complaints


Our products are shipped by Polish Post Office. Domestically it's by Pocztex48.
Price of shipment varies by country, size and weight of the package. The cost is automatically calculated based on location.


If a client decides that he/she will withdraw from the buy/sell contract and the product is not personalized he/she can return it without stating the cause within 14 days from obtaining said item.


If the ordered item is defective, incomplete or otherwise damaged the client has the right to log a complaint either written by hand or an e-mail and shipping it to us within 14 days counting from the day the fault became apparent.
Examination of the complaint will be done not later that within 14 days counting from the day the said item reached us.
If the examination confirms that the claim has merits a new item will be shipped to the client not later than 14 days from the day of the decision about claim.
In the claim a client should attach photographs and description of the fault. The client should also provide order number.
